A Place To Talk About Giants Baseball

Jena Sims is a Babe

Posted in Uncategorized by Flavor on June 19, 2017

Well, we covered a lot yesterday afternoon but I’ll go to blows over who’s hotter, the “Jena Sims” of today or the women who trolled around Arnie in the 50’s. Sorry, but it is not even arguable who exercised and ate better, women of today or women from back int he 50s/60s/70s. That alone ends that debate. And I don’t want to hear about the one-off Marilyn Monroe or freaking Linda Carter or whoever. Sorry. Women today are hotter than ever and it’s because they work out maniacally and don’t eat.

And now we head to Atlanta to watch Dickey dance balls around. Any team should pound this guy but I’m guessing we show up slow and sloppy and don’t get around to hitting until the game is over…….

    Women with guitars are cool.

Good stuff, xoot. Even before the death spiral this club was lacking that fun element you mention. I really liked Uribe when he was with the club because he seemed to keep everyone loose and then there were the stories of dominoes being played in the clubhouse. I wonder if anyone in this bunch even knows how to play.

She was the singer for Poison, right? 😏

I stood about ten feet from Liz Phair at a show in Austin years ago. She was pretty damn hot.

Sure, if you’re into that sort of thing. 🙂

Great band. I saw them in concert a few times. She and Thurston eventually divorced, sadly.
Her recent book is very good.

Chrissie Hynde was the baddest of the bad. Saw the band before half of them ODed. Their 1st album is incredible,

Yeah, I’m a huge fan. I finally got to see her (with a revamped Pretenders) in concert in the mid-’90s. It was great.

this woman never really flaunted it back when she was young, but of all the honky rock chicks of the new generation she was possibly the best. Smart as a whip, very hot.

      Totally agree.

She’s in Saratoga on July 19 at Mountain Winery…

these days, if I saw her even suggest one of those neo-hippie I’m-transported-I’m-flying dance moves, my reaction surely would launch two well-dressed Mountain Winery bouncers to my seat to drag me away

Carrie Brownstein is really cool, with her band Sleater-Kinney, and TV show Portlandia. Her recent book is very good. She prefers women. 🙂

L.A.’s Turner is hitting .395 now. He’s been great since he “bulked up.”

Just saw the Belt call. Ridiculous. His back foot and knee were on the bag. Fuck replay. If that’s how they use it, then it’s retarded. How can you completely miss that?

I just saw on the Giants’ MLB page that the “annual Giants slumber party” is July 9th. The team has certainly been practicing for it for weeks now….

I first noticed around a week ago that the dates of June were progressively in synch with the Giants’ record and standing in the division and made a joking reference to that: June 14th, 14 games under .500, 14 games out of the division. Now it’s June 20th, and…. 20 games under .500 and 20 games out. Didn’t really think that trend would continue. Eek….
