Milwaukee Hits The Wall?
Not feeling real good about the Brewers chances in this one. Everyone is calling them the hot team but all I’m seeing is a team that beat a completely done Rockies team. Milwaukee doesn’t have the starting pitching to continue this streak. I suppose they could keep their epic bullpen running shit through the post season. That wouldn’t be a shock. But if LA jumps out 3-0, 4-1 what good is the bullpen? The Brewers don’t have a single starting pitcher worth a damn.
Sadly, I think we are looking at LA in the World Series again and that’s only cool if you’re into watching them blow it again. And since I’m into that sort of thing, I’m ok with the Dodgers rolling the Brewers….
The Brewers offense has to have an epic series. They need to win games in this series 8-6 and 9-7. That type of thing.
As for the Giants….

The clearest way into the Universe is through a forest wilderness..
mm have to hope Brewers pitchers can keep LA from bombing away. Miley for example only gave up 3 bombs in 80 innings of work and Chacin wasn’t bad either.
Definite edge in pen to MIL…dunno about mgr.
Kinda funny Yanks got out hit in their own yard last night. AL top teams just seem so much better…Stros-Sox might be the real WS.
Yeah Astros/Sox looks like the W/S best matchup that won’t happen.
Either team that knocks out the Dodgers if they handle the brew crew is fine with me..
Sort of funny. These records don’t mean much anymore. I agree with Richard Sherman – all QBs should be wearing flags.
It’s also why you can’t compare Montana to Brady.
The Mariota play on Sunday is indicative of that. The LB grabbed him and didn’t know what to do so he let him go. Mariota then ran to his right and threw the ball downfield.
Best thing to happen to Giants in terms of retool motivation and scope is a Doghair WS win…
I don’t think Baer thinks like that. All it wiull do is fuel the rivalry more, but how that translates to the front office is an entirely different deal.
ouch. LA and their fans are already insufferable enough without one in last 30 years. And it’s not like they have trouble attracting FAs or high priced talent and spending $$$ to do so.
I was talking to cubs fan the other day before they lost. Seeing all the cubs gear suddenly appear after they won it reminded me of what happened when Red Sox finally won—transplants coming out of the woodwork in hats/gear. Ugh
I think it is a huge advantage for the Brew Crew to play the Cursed Fodgers with home field. Kershaw is not what he was. Brew Crew should be up 2-0 heading back to ScareA.
Question in this series in my mind are the Brewers hitters better than the Fodger pitchers vis a vis the Fodger hitters better than the Brewers pitchers?
I think the Brewers can unload on them…not sold on the Fodger pen and the Brewers have the best pen IMO…
Looks like the Brewers is going to go bullpen moneyball analytics in Game 4…hopefully they are up 3-0…
I’ll take Brewers and Stros in 6 games each…
Agree with GH . . . Dodgers Waterloo is with Milwaukee. Kershaw and Jansen aren’t what they use to be. Looking for Brew Crew to send them and Rooster to an early din din.
Brewers absolutely have the best pen and maybe that will be enough. The question will be, when they don’t bullpen a game can those average sp’s not fuck things up too bad before the stud bullpen arms come in
I’ve lost all respect for that stupid A’s fan, now he’s hanging out with that idiot Yank fan, that tossed his beer and cup on him at the game tonight..
I would of been throwing haymakers on that imbecile!!
I lost respect when someone posted that picture the other day.
He looked like a transsexual tablecloth…
He looked liked a transsexual tablecloth… ROTFLMAO 😂
lol, woW!
Boone will be blamed if the Yankess lose this series. Dude does not know how to handle his pitching staff in my opinion. Not as bad as last night’s fiasco, but regardless, this is already looking like it’s in the bag for the Sox.
” …he is in a spot of bother here in the fifth” – what a great line.
Winnie the pooh?
Major upgrade for TBS.
Anyone else surprised by the length of the contract given to the Rays manager, Kevin Cash? He is signed through 2024, with a club option for the 2025 season. He guided them to their best season since 2013, as they finished third in the AL East with a 90-72 mark. It sounds like they think very highly of him.
Yanks look so lifeless.
Remind you of anyone?
maybe they’ll take Belt….lqtm. We are going to spend the Winter praying that other teams get hoodwinked into taking our shitty players and when March comes all of them will still be in SF. “hoodwinked” is an extremely undervalued word, btw
Their chump fans only come to life if a batter gets 2 strikes on them.
Btw do any babes go to the games their? Looks like a bunch of cigar chomping dudes that go…
I’m a pretty PC person in real life but the Loo POTD is one of the funniest things I’ve read in a while. If it offends you don’t worry I’ll probably take it down soon. I know people who won’t like that but still….classic gold
It’s harmless silliness…
I guess you guys might’ve seen this already:

great. He can buy a nice condo at the top of Nob Hill–a nice fuckpad for when he grows tired of his wife. We’d be doomed for 10 years if he signed here. I don’t think there’s a chance he signs here, he cares too much about stats and bombs.
I dunno man, a lot of times these deals simply come down to who offers the most money…and I think we’re gonna offer him a boatload.
Would it be so terrible to have him in orange and black?????? We’re a horrific offensive team and we’d be adding one of the very best offensive players in the game. Of course he’s not gonna solve all of our problems, but it would be a helluva step in the right direction wouldn’t it?
Boone& his pitching coach Rothschild we’re taking nothing but abuse and deservedly so for last night screwup, over Serevino warmup time before the game.He had like 5-6 minutes before he had to be on the mound.Totally ridiculous in a postseason playoff game, especially the pivotal swing game..
Stanton looked like Hunter Pence in that AB…
Nooner makes the play to send NY away!
Bye bye Bombers.
Kimbrel served Sanchez a meatball on a platter that he just missed for the sac fly.
He usually hits that 450 feet…
Good to see Nunie contributing. Why can’t we get players like that….
