One out Kapler goes with Casali instead of the 2nd fastest runner in Slater who could of put more pressure on a play.Weird call to me..
It’s hard to justify Slater being on the roster if Casali is used instead of him to PH. It’s not ideal to use up the back-up catcher in that situation.

After yesterday’s frustrating Ofer, SF is hitting 251 w/ RISP. That’s 11 points above the league average and ten above the team’s overall BA.
When does that translate into a win? There’s no such thing as ‘clutch hitting’ but there’s a stat for it.

That’s an excellent question. There are some bad umpires out there, but he is by far the worst.
