Sorry for the late thread, trying to get out of town tomorrow. Portland, then Black Butte, Sun River, back to Ca then to Reno. Four weeks of golf, beers, poker, family, friends and whatever else I can fit in.

I’ll keep the threads humming as usual they just might be coming in later than the normal 5am post.

Worried about the game today. Soft tossing Waino is just the type of guy to keep us off balance (see: the dude from yesterday).

The bullpen had something going when ZZ Top were pitching well. After they fell apart, the bullpen looks like pretty bleh.

talk about deja vu yada yada. Yes Cueto gave up 4, including hit to Golds that untied game, but—Giants scored 5 and might have won had not Brebbia aisle gave up 2 more in 2 innings, including bomb to light hitting (but good fielding) SS. Offense couldn’t get them all back.
Tromp btw is good story but less than ML hitter. Realize bar for back up C is low, but he’s not an improvement over Casali. At some point you wonder what Giants are gonna do with Bart. Sure like everyone else he lights up that league, but lot of Ks/few BBs.

Knew this was coming but it’s still BS–Adam Silver says play in games will continue next season. I’ve enjoyed playoffs myself without Warriors, good stories drama and play overall including last night. But adding more teams to 16, yikes. Puro money grab.
