Discussing baseball bores me right now.

Take 45 seconds of your life though and watch this…

No biggie exactly how I used to warm up for pickup lol. Too bad I did not get any takers on my 10-1 offer baseball season would not begin on time…

Not exactly sure what Kerr was once again doing up 19 in the 4th and watching Dallas go on a 16-0 run. Good chunk of that if not all of it was with Steph on the bench. He brings him in after a TO around 4:20 mark after Dallas twice failed to take the lead on trips down the floor and Steph comes in and immediately takes an ill advised fadeaway. This has consistently been my problem with Wiggins is when like last year especially when you need him to take over a game offensively he disappears or chokes. We come up short this year we need to move him if we can get a taker. Kuminga could easily move into starting lineup or Poole/Payton for a three headed guard monster.

Poole sucked yesterday too, not a one off either. Kuminga and moody didn’t play like NBA starters either too much stupid shit. Moody had wide open unguarded slam in first Q and couldn’t get off shot. Yesterday sucked, but this team is all about their health in playoffs–if they have it, fine. Without, um very difficult.

No Klay or Dray ok but that should have been an easy game to hold on for a win.

Exactly. Thanks for the Steph clip, thing of beauty. Important to appreciate the hours of work and prep that has gone into being able to reach the pinnacle he’s achieved. Took him a while to really get going in NBA after leaving college early.

Surprised to see Jeter stepping away from Marlins, an up and coming team. Wonder if he’s just burned out or frustrated with state of game overall.

The Warriors were missing 3 Hall of Famers. Green and Thompson, but I can’t think of who the 3rd one is.

      supposed to mean Andre Iguodala.
zum highly recommend newer John feinstein “Back Roads” look at 2019 college season for smaller league teams on East Coast in Carolinas Virginia Maryland Philly/NY NE. Good stuff and his rapport with coaches and stories behind odyssey they took to get where they are is fantastic.

I would think if I was in Jeter’s situation, with all the money in the world in the bank, I wouldn’t stick with a work situation I didn’t even need if there was even just one thing that wasn’t right. I can’t imagine getting “burned out” with work when one doesn’t even need to work. Life is just too short for that. It’s been only 2 years now (most of it Covid-distressed) since I shifted to only part-time work. I still do *need* some money from part-time work, but living mostly off Social Security now, choosing wisely how to spend what I have, I can’t even imagine working full-time anymore.

A Covid case in point of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing: I woke up this morning to emails/messages from some friends and family in the US saying “Oh, be careful! Covid must be bad there now!”, reacting to the CDC elevating Vietnam to the high risk “do not travel” category. Did they also say that last year when we were in 5 months of curfew lockdown? WTF. Vietnam gov’t just announced that after 2 years of being closed, international borders will finally open on March 15. So, who’s right and who’s wrong? Too funny. VN: “Come on back, everybody!” CDC: “Don’t go to Vietnam!” Can’t believe the CDC knows something we here don’t know. It’s called “living with it”, dudes…
