“How the hell did we win this game?!” I’ve even asked Jolene and she doesn’t know, either.

And the news gets better with Sosa going 7 strong last night. Henry might be every bit the prospect that Madison is.

Seriously, is it really over? I don’t believe it.

Sox stranded 11 their final four frames. Couldn’t do that if ya tried.

Just now seeing the Zambrano outburst. I’d sleep with one eye open if I were him. That fucking crazy bastard should be beat and battered with a 2×4 until some fucking sense is knock into him. It’s plainly obvious he’s void of any now. Usually I’d offer up my spot in Room B for someone more in need than I am. But after tonight’s game, I won’t be leaving for awhile.

Is it really and truly over?

Wilson gave up more hits than Sanchez, but they both get the win – save. Flav was right; the Sox looked a little disoriented in our park.
Bruce had a look on his face like beating bean town was personal. Then he had to go and hide so Castilla couldn’t see the looks he was giving while watching the relievers early work. It was the right call to stick with him; a pitcher like that can turn it around at any time and he proved it in the top of the 8th.
has anyone pointed out: torturous but gritty win.

Advantage usually goes to the pitcher in Bum’s situation….they have never seen him before. I can recall watching Mark Davis striking out guys like crazy when he first came up. Bum might also have advantage of the shadows with the funky start time. Go get em.

What was Boston’s avg. with RISP? They only had 3 hits all night til wilson came along. Wilson WHIP from last night works out to 4.5, btw. Casilla does get a hold, despite 3 BBs and 3 WPs…Whitey’s D got some knocks from Kruk and his O last night wasn’t so good either. I still think the personal C stuff is BS.
