I only caught the tail end of the Kuip Show but he said that had there been 2 outs instead of 1 the winning run would not have counted because of Nate’s bonehead move not to touch 2nd base. I’m done with all this *Orange Shoes* talk but I wouldn’t put it past Wilson to keep running them out there. Any sane person would understand this is getting to be a distraction and ditch them. Torres is an absolute and total anomaly. Instead of saying “he got better through his minor league career” why don’t you find some players who did NOTHING for their entire career, finally get a shot in the bigs and then bust out near .900 OPS’s at 31 and 32. You can’t cause there isn’t such a player. Again, I don’t think for a SECOND that Torres is on steroids.
