Princeton over Kentucky? Uh huh. Princeton used to be ok, before the shot clock, when time was relative. Not now.

Hope you didn’t put any money down on that fantasy.

Agree with Xoot- Princeton gets slaughtered..
    Pitt wins it all.

I can’t escape being the chalk-eating weasel that I am. I have ALL four No. 1 seeds advancing to the Final Four in Houston. Rock Chalk, Jayhawk over the Dukies in the final. I do, however, have Clemson, Richmond, Utah St. and Belmont as upset winners in the first round. Clemson’s already blowing their big lead. They’ve been gone downhill ever since Dwight Clark left. Anyone seen Shawn Weatherly lately? She’d make a fine candidate for best BB ever.

What’s up with today’s BB dye job? She looks like she could be the daughter of Saruman the White.
No to be confused with Saruman the NO Whitey.

The blue dental floss around the BB’s butt, sure brings out the color of her. Don’t ya think?
Twins BB, not so much. Although, dental floss would have been a good idea, back in the day.

Todays BB is “Stephanie B”. Not much info other than she’s on a coupla Florida bikini and Spring Break sites along with a bunch of other BB possibilities. No word on whether she can bunt. But, she definitely gives new meaning to the phrase “Grapefruit League”…

Several great games already today. Did you know there’s a line on whether the final combined score will be odd or even? That’s fucking crazy. Here’s something to bet on: Who will be the first to make a BB joke using the name Morehead State?

Ky.’s freshmen may be a lot wiser right now than they were this morning. We’ll see.

I think Ohio State will fail to make the final four.

Can’t bitch too much about tonight’s starting lineup. EXCEPT for the poor grammar used. It should be “Sanchez, J” not “J, Sanchez.” I think that should garner me the Nitpick POTD.

Kansas. St. John;s and gel boy Lavin don’t get past the Zags. Wisconsin, the team that scored 33 pts. vs. Penn St.? Pls. I just hope no one further embarrasses the Pac 10 worse than SC, losing the play in game to the team everyone dissed as not being worthy to get invited in the first place.
I like Sparty’s coach, but Ucla (early exit in Pac 10 tourney) is rolling them right now.

I saw those guys win the conference title game, the big post is really good. I enjoy those games, even among the smaller conferences with teams fighting to get in, more than watching some of the blow outs that happen in first rounds.
Too bad Oregon St isn’t any good…I love to see posts about licking the Beavers.

I’m not gonna lie, I am devastated with the Princeton loss. I threw out two huge upsets and the first one loses by a fucking bucket. I cleaned up on the pt spread but I could care less. I would have flipped my weighted pool upside down with a 13 seed win. I still nailed the Spiders (only because my dad went there) so I can’t complain…..
Tomorrow, St Peters shocks the world…….

“Snipping my buttons”? Never heard that one before. Old-fashioned expressions can be mystifying. George Carlin used to make fun of baseball people for saying someone was “hobbled” by an injury. The only people since the 19th century to use the word “hobbled” are baseball people.

  39. stixwiz's avatar stixwiz said, on March 17, 2011 at 9:45 pm

Some “Drrrrrrrty” dealin tonight. Wow! He brought his “A” game. Rotation is getting stretched out pretty good now as we swing into the more serious part of the Spring. Low OBP for the offense, as TF pointed out the other day, but with this staff, their ability to bunch those hits should suffice to win most games.
