Loo, the Park fire is in the same county, Butte, where the Camp fire (Paradise) occurred, which resulted in 86 people dying. Ronnie Dean Stout, is the SOB who started the Park fire and was arrested on suspicion of pushing a burning car 60 feet into a gully, spreading flames that caused the Park Fire. If he is convicted, this will be his 3rd Felony.
In any event, I don’t think any Flappers live near there, as it is located far northeast of the SF Bay Area.
