Well, at least we have an NFL Sunday to get excited for! Niners tomorrow. I have absolutely no feel for what they’ll do this year. They got all their guys back but it’s just been a sludge of negative press all Summer. Maybe they rise above it but it sure doesn’t feel that way right now.

And unfortunately the throwback uni’s are not working as the NY Giants continue to suck.

Agreed, but Fitz is big part of “almost gave back a laugher” and I think he signed himself up for the lecture series from coaching staff or manager. I’m sure he called the popup but it was hit right where Luciano was standing so he should have seen that. And if you call it you gotta catch it, 100%.
I have no idea what Fitz was doing on the pop up. He was 25 feet onto the R side of the diamond. Luciano made a half hearted wave of his right hand as he camped under it and waited for it to plop into his glove. But, Fitz just goes for it, doesn’t even look at Luciano. WTF? That’s obviously Luciano’s ball.

He sorta took the blame, but sorta threw Luciano under the bus for supposedly not calling it loud enough. Maybe he didn’t yell loud, but Uh, dude, you have to know where you are on the field — you’re literally rolling right into the 2bman’s position. Anyway, another example of how did these guys get up to the bigs with fundamentals this crappy?
