A Place To Talk About Giants Baseball

Still on Pace To Win over 80.5

Posted in Uncategorized by Flavor on March 30, 2025

Caught that game on the radio driving home from Wild Horse in Davis. Shot an 85. 39 on the back. Yes I am pretty proud of myself having not played since last Summer.

Tough to win a game when you constantly hit into double plays. Cinncy is a hitters park, it’s concerning that we are not really hitting in it……

When your best base stealer in Fitzgerald leads off the 8th inning

with a single in a 1 run game and stays there that’s on Melvin, this team needs

to stay aggressive all year to compete ! And on cue of course Ramos hits into a DP killing that inning.3 DP’s 6-8 innings killed their chances..

We should be running all the time with Lee, Fitzgerald, and Matos.

Robbie Ray was perfect through 5, 3 hits and 3 runs in the 6th. That pitch clock violation while he was throwing seemed to shake him up.

Change of uniform but Gavin Lux is still pain. Thought that one was out off bat.

Yeah that was great, timely hitting to add insurance runs.

Elly throwing error got everything started.

That super play saved Roger’s bacon, he was heading for a bad inning again. His brother coughed up a hairball when he came in earlier, no surprise there given last year. Can Buster trade Tyler to the Reds so they can have dueling twin gas cans this season in the Reds’ BPen?

Nice “hold” and win otherwise by the Gyros. Hope Ramos continues to hit for pop and average and play a really good LF. He looks in the early going like he may be on his way to a really good season…

Agreed. When Taylor came out to pitch, I was happy to face the bad twin, but then Tyler said, hold my beer.

    Series win!

Biggest play of the.game may have been reversal on Fitz steal of 3rd, if that’s an out there’s no 3-run inning to make it 6-3.

any Giants pitcher that can get batted ball in play hit to Chapman has to feel pretty good.

all this chatter over the torpedo bats–isn’t that what softball bats looked like back in the day?
