(3) Subtle tweak to relief corps with Doval seeming to reclaim 9th inning duties. (4) Just passed quarter pole in season and Giants despite 1-5 skid last week vs Twins & D’backs have played consistent .575-.600 baseball. (5) Adames & Chapman slowly rounding into form while Bailey & Wade remain weak link in lineup. (6) Bailey’s defense and management of pitching staff will keep him in everyday lineup but Posey’s first big in season test may be trading for power hitting 1B.

this big kid Kurtz at 1B for sack was their top draft pick just last summer. Similar to Eldridge (who went 3-4 last night w. 2HRs and a double). Difference is two years in age and college experience. Also, the A’s always rush their prospects to the majors.
Yeah the A’s throw these kids right into the fire unlike the Giants That kid SS Jacob Wilson a #1 pick in 2023 even played last year at 22 ,weird stance but he’s been effective hiring .342?
