This is just flat out brutal.
Bullpen has mostly been a strength, but not sure why Beck keeps getting chances. There was a bunch of “just guys” pitchers under Z — Beck, Winn, Black, et al — and while Winn showed some stuff, these are after all “just guys”. Beck sucks. Haven’t even seen Winn or Black, which is a good thing.
Myself and my 3 Norcal Giant fanatics friends were at the game last night. MUCH more fun than today. Up close with Posey as he walked along the concourse to go from the field to his box. Crazy he was just a young guy with a backpack. No one seemed to notice it was him, and there was hundreds of people walking all around him. No security that we could tell. We were at the front of the bar line. he had to stop as a large group waited to go up the escalator. My friend asked him hey can we buy you a drink? No thanks, not while I’m working!. Friend Troy.. What are you looking for tonight? Buster: A win! I snapped a quick picture and he was gone up the escalator. Cool.
Sometimes when a team gets crushed they come back strong the next day. Lets hope so!
