There isn’t much more you can say about Moody. He has to go. I didn’t listen to Kyle’s presser did he defend him again? If so, pathetic. Kyle always thinks he’s the smartest person in the room. My experience with people who say “stuff” all the time as he does is that those people are not the smartest people in the room.
Not to get too dramatic but if you watch Purdy scramble on that TD throw to Tonges the scrambling reminded me of Montana scrambling just before he threw The Catch. I know his throw wasn’t the same but he bought time and drifted beautifully just like Joe did.

Purdy made some nice plays yesterday and his ability to extend plays makes him dangerous to opposing D’s.

Yeah, that was a crazy game. Purdy has to overcome his idea that every play HAS to succeed. The 2nd pick was just bad. But man our O line sucks. He’s in scramble mode just about every pass attempt. Something like 58% of his pass attempts were under pressure. Highest of his career. Run blocking was OK, but Seattle’s defense is the real deal. They should have won, and their coach should catch a lot of heat for not going for it on 4th down late.
Can’t say enough about Saleh and the defense. Night and day over the last couple years.
At least Shanny just said in a press call that they are looking at options for the kicking game. If this kicking situation were going on in NY or Philly or Boston any other teams, especially back East, the local sports media would have Shanny’s head on a platter by now for not dumping Moody today — after not just yesterday, but two years of highly dubious kicking ….
