Well, that one was predictable, aye? Had a great dinner with San Dawg at Original Joe’s. Ran into my new bestie Jim Gray, he promised to work on getting Barry into the HOF. Heading over to Lincoln Park now….

Great pics. Meanwhile SD’s Aztecs blew out Cal 34-0 last night. Saw start of it when Aztec receiver had long catch and then scored on toss sweep. Only got worse for Cal after that, yikes.

  cal in the first quarter drove to the one or two yd line and on fourth and goal a receiver let a perfect spiral speed thru his hands. Happened again many times, after that, on perfectly thrown deep passes and shorter passes alike. As I said last night, i bet the great 18 yr old QB wishes he could re enter the portal now.

At least avoided an embarrassing sweep of 4.

Play out the string with Eldridge and Gilbert getting as many ABs as possible. That’s about the only positive for this last week or so. Giants, especially their big money players, have come up weak as linguini under pressure of needing to perform and win the past 10 days or so. Very bad look, but pretty consistent with most of the season…
