What a parade, even from 7K miles away the enjoyment was complete. I hope hyperbole doesn’t get carried away, like this:
San Francisco is set up for a high level of baseball over the next several seasons. ~Scott Semmler BR
Not that I disagree or doubt, but the depth of the current minor program may make the word ‘several’ a steeper climb than raw enthusiasm would understand.
At this point in time it is best to pray the players and coaches get some well deserved R&R and we fans strut our WS bling out and about like evangelists in the suburbs.
After all there is only 151 days until opening day in losangles for 3 followed by the cards at home for 3.

There is a violent and spasmodic relationship between analogue and digital. An ungodly quality best left unseen. The SF Major League baseball team, my Giants, is going analogue and quite successfully. Only two things can happen.
They realise resistance is futile and surrender. or
They stay the course, resisting the unGodly digitalisation of so much of life. Ignore the screams and pops of pressure trying to convert them. Play San Francisco baseball.

analogue or digital which team do you want to see?

Great topic my man. Will halloween 2012, or any Halloween, be the same without remembering the 2012 WS sweep, broom to the city, tears and all genuine Giants greatness?
thanks for your contributions, your Snarkiness, aways, as blade says, a great way to go.

    What will management do?
Sold out crowds, momentum, trust can go on for years before the truth sets in. Will ownership milk what they have until they do not have it anymore?

Then comes the “rebuilding mantra” and when, finally, there are no more sell outs of home games. Marketing press releases and an attempt to “re-build” via the minor leagues or anything that does not require capital. And keeps us fan’s butts in the seats.

There is no fire that burns brighter than a fire out of control. The bright flames of profit can only grow with more fuel. Full support for a team, San Francisco style, taking over the known universe is the best and only choice? I hope!

Fist pumping, ownership style, setting the dogs of Bochy/Sabean free. Cautiously growing the minors in the new Giants legacy. Holding onto what, the best fans in baseball know, is a winning formula. Staying sold out and competitive through this decade and into the next.

Imagine, MLB 2021 and fans built today are the rock and great legacy of players and fans then, exactly like we are now. Long term investment, sweet Jesus.

My take? Freaking money machine, a winner is, to rival any east, south or north team. And that is better than any world series. But only to the bosses, success is what fans understand, success is what builds those great profits. Fans want WS success as much as owners want growing the business.
    Best result, IMHO?
Ownership takes option 2 and never the easy way out. San Francisco is an area of trust. And the Giants are a resource to be cherished, encouraged and given to our children.
    Go Giants!

And, Mrs. Snarkk hardly worships at the foot of the Giants shrine.
Knowing that Snarkk does, she did it for him, put her considerable artistic skills to work, unprompted…
