Awe or None
Kokonuts sent me an email the other day and I liked the title as well as the topic so in honor of “Mr Awe or None” himself pitching today, I decided to make it today’s thread:
Awe or None
The all (or awe) or none aspect of baseball is hard to explain. In Ryan Vogelsong’s last start he had 7 strikeouts in 4.1 innings. He also gave up 7 hits, 1 HR, and 6 earned runs. Last year many of Tim Lincecum’s starts exhibited this same black-white bipolarity. If the pitcher gets a batter out, it’s by a strikeout; otherwise, it’s a walk, filled with pitches wildly out of the strike zone, or a catastrophic hit.
This reminds me of two other notable players, both at the end of their careers. I don’t have specific stats to cite, but I am rock-solid sure about this. Toward the end, Mark McGwire’s at-bats consisted of either a whiff or a bomb. That was pretty much it, to a stunning degree. Strikeout or homer. All or nothing. Similarly, in his last, sad days — some with the Giants — my favorite pitcher of the Seventies, Steve Carlton, either struck batters out or yielded a homer, to a degree that it sticks out in my mind. Again, all or none.
What does it tell us? It’s hard to say it’s merely a matter of concentration. How could it be turned on or off so readily? Is it mechanics? It baffles me. If it is not at the end of someone’s career — in other words, if it is fixable — how do you fix it? When Bruce Bochy put Timmy in as a secret weapon reliever in the postseason, it seemed to reset everything about Timmy. Is that the solution for Vogelsong? What’s the answer? To paraphrase Gertrude Stein: more important, what’s the question? In other words, do we even know what the problem is?

Pawlie, to respond to your McGwire and Carlton references, I’m not looking it up either, but I remember it the same way you do. Here’s my take: The greatest players are great for a reason–they have skills that other players don’t have. Once they start to erode, we see a decline in production like we do with all players. However once you display a skill, you own it for life. Now, that doesn’t mean you can get the exact same production out of that skill forever. But even with the window closing on your career (and your skills) the great players can still display their greatness as long as they *tighten up their target*. For McGwire, it might mean looking for nothing but fastballs or pitches in a specific spot in the zone–one of those balls comes in, he blasts it. If it doesn’t, he strikes out. Same with Carlton. If he lost his heater, maybe he had another specialty pitch that he was still able to throw at a HOF level even as his career was ending. Sadly for him, the rest of his pitches would get feasted on by eager hitters waiting out that last great specialty pitch he had in his arsenal.
Anyway, thanks for the thread idea. Happy Mother’s Day to all of your mom’s, the mom’s of your kids and any other mom’s you know in the world……
Should be another nice day at the yard, and my concern would be TL’s ability to keep the ball within its confines when the weather is warmer during the afternoon. Which so far SF has been able to do while scoring plenty last two games. In the past guys like Uggla and Freeman have hurt us, so far it’s just McCann.
I wasn’t real high on blanco/torres act beore season started, but imo Blanco has done nothing at all to lose PT, and Andres has come up with some big hits too. Peguero might turn out to be a fine player, but he’s got a tough hill to climb right now to get into the LU very much; meanwhile he gets a chance to learn about being a mlb player on a team with a strong latin vet presence. Nothing wrong with having depth for speed and defense, and SF seems to be surviving pretty well without the RH- pop- off- the- bench guy.
Yeah I concur.
Blanco and his 104 RC+ are doing nicely. He had a strong start to the season last year, how long can he sustain this league average-plus production? As for Peguero, I love the tools. I’ve known about his hacktastic ways, but the first pitch swing tendency is alarming. If he doesn’t get that under control, he’ll never get a good pitch to hit. At least he doesn’t K.
Ah, love. Such a fleeting fancy for some. Already dreaming of Rios. Peggy is sad, Ryan…
Who doesn’t dream of Rio, Michael? Unless you prefer to blame it on Rio.
Cool thread, fellas. And the difference between success and failure is so small sometimes. In last night’s D-Back game, in the late innings, Cody Ross got a pitch right in his happy zone, in the low inside spot where he hit the two homeruns off of Halladay in the playoffs of ’10. He took a great swing at the ball, and it looked like it rocketed off his bat, and Ross even did his little bat flip, but……the ball died on the warning track. Whew! So, instead of the winning 3-run HR, it became an out, a sac fly, instead. It was a huge moment in the game. So, the D-Backs end up losing, and fall a game behind the Giants in the standings.
And how much did Ross miss making a sweet-spot connection on that ball? A 1/4 inch on the bat? An 1/8 of an inch on the ball? Who knows. It’s a game of LESS than inches, sometimes.
Could be a perfect storm then vs. the Braves, who it seems either hit a home run (tied for most in MLB) or strike out (2nd most in MLB).
It’s a big game for Tim, because he doesn’t want to be the stopper of the team momentum, the wrong kind of stopper. Keep the walks down, and keep the ball in the ballpark, like WillieD said.
I enjoy the Giants balance on offense, with different guys getting hot and contributing up and down the LU. I missed each of last two games, won (it sounds like) in different fashion—Friday seemed more like the old ground attack vs. Hudson (plus double from Posey and a bomb from pagan), while yesterday had big hits from the likes of Blanco off the bench and Quiroz and 8 XBH including a bomb from Pablo. Giants have so far been the better team offensively in this series, and most of the year.
And that’s what I’d like to see more from GS— more balance and contributions offensively from all, esp Landry and Bogut. When these guys are in there they need touches and a chance to get the team points from 15 feet and in, which is what they miss from not having Lee. Plus I’d like to see Curry and Thompson get to the line few times each. Curry can blow by any defender but usually avoids any contact by shooting the tear drops, and Thompson has shown he can back smaller guards down and shoot over them. Vary your game,,don’t get predictable by shooting outside Js all day, and help and communicate better on D.
I agree with Willie as to the platoon. Really, it would be best to send Peguero back down and let him him play. Perez or Gillespie would be the better choice if they want a 5th OFer. Pegs is a legit possibilty for starting in RF or LF next year. .
Pegs is only a legit possibility if he can demonstrate an inkling of patience. He’s like Blanco and Torres in that he fits the bill of a 4th OF with high defensive acumen. Now if you want go down the creative path, I can imagine a package of Peguero, Hector Sanchez and a pitcher (not a blue chipper) bringing back Rios. This would be a similar package to the one that netted Hunter Pence. Rios’ game has similarities to Pence’s. We’ll see how Left looks in July.
Another hitter I think of as all or nothing guy at least this year is Cespedes, who has enormous power but K’s a lot and whose avg. is down to McGwire territory at .204. But last night I watched him make a super grab in deep CF as he leaped above the wall and crashed into it.
And as opposed to Fosse, listening to Hatteberg as color guy for a few innings was blessed relief.
This is so fucking weird. Flav mentions Gertrude Stein and yesterday, I went to the Père Lachaise Cemetary in Paris to locate various celebrity grave sites, including Gertrude Stein. In fact, Angie and I had her and Jim Morrison, Frederick Chopin, Oscar Wilde, and Edith Piaff on our “must find grave site” list. Guess which one we didn’t find? Yep, Gertrude Stein. This map we had was very inaccurate, e.g., pure luck that we found Jim Morrison’s grave site (primarily because there was a crowd in the general vicinity we were looking and bingo, that was his crib).
By the by, new post on my blog.
Break on through to the other side…
I visited Morrison’s grave back in ’88. Saw Stein’s, too.
12:30 game for Dubs is ridiculous, for TV reasons. Refs are clearly trying to hand this game early to the Spurs. The Stern memo must have gone out…
Tom, I just saw your post. Question – are you into cars? Today, I saw a parked high performance Ferrari and Porsche at a hotel. I took the obligatory photos. Hmm, my next post may be about grave sites and cars in Paris. LOL.
Not into cars, no. Car to me = transport.
I’d rather spend money on other things. If I won the Lotto, I’d buy income property, lots of great wine, a house on Kauai, etc., not a Ferrari…
Let me know when you get the house on Kauai. I need a place to park my ass at night, while I SCUBA dive. 🙂
I WILL let you know. If I could have a second house anywhere, a top nominee would be near Tunnels (Makua) Beach past Haena on the N. Shore. Great snorkeling there, and diving, too. Lots of life, lots of turtles. Then, the “Bali Hai” mountain (Makana) behind. Every time I’m there, I swear I have to find a way to live near Hanalei. An earthly slice of heaven… http://tinyurl.com/cn2xqkc
Gorgeous. Agree that it’s a slice of heaven.
No love for Belt today?
When he starts hitting for power into left center, that should mean his swing is getting into gear…
Thanks snarkk, good to know someone else is watching the game.
Panda says “my arm feels pretty good”.
Yep, I wish somebody’d get on ahead of these dingers. Panda with the one bounce “Splash”…
Pena is putting on a show at SS for the Braves.
Nearly a quarter of the way through the season, the Giants have the NL’s best park adjusted team OPS and are tied for the league lead in runs scored.
Craw!
The Giants’ game is the free game on mlb [dot] com
we seem to be doing well, both against the braves and with TL on the mound.
There was a blurb on MSNBC this morning that said that men named “Tom” are the earnings leaders by first names…so listen, Snarkk, I know we’ve had our differences, but hey, all in good fun… give me call. I have three words for ya: “Tuna Squeezer Franchise”…
I guess that would come as a surprise to “Tom” Gates and “Tom” Buffet.
Tuna squeezer sounds good, better to give a shout to Ron Popeil and get that infomercial going…
“Toms” as a group are the earnings winners, don’t be shy.
Meanwhile, good D by the Dubs, but they are definitely out-dumbing the Spurs, and 18 turnovers through 3 Qs. That is just dumbass play, which is not good when Curry can barely run. Plus, I don’t know why they’re playing Lee at all. They won playoff games without him, and he clogs up the damn offense now, IMO…
Miracle they are just down….2!
White Sharking it.
the platoon in left is working with vungo getting flashes and white shark killing the ball
I have mentioned this before, this time he knows better and I am embarrassed for him.
I went to high school with the dog
Ed, I gotta say, if you move back to Cal. hook up with the Dawg. The dude seems to have tickets for every game, home and away.
it is going to be a miserable flight out for the braves today
I have no problems with that.
Good game by Mr. Tim.
Nice effort by Timmeh, best of his season so far…
His game against the Padres last month was very similar, against a lesser team. He has it in him.
Jack was huge today, and just 2 TO.
Nice win.
I haven’t seen him a lot but tim looked different today. He is no longer trying to get back what he had and that has to be a good thing.
Tim getting through that first was key.
I’ll say this …Atl can have the Upton Bros. I’ll take Blanco/ Torres over those losers.
Don’t know how the hell the W’s pulled that one out. Defense or bad shooting from SA? Regardless, super gutty effort. Bogut had to sit most of the first half with stupid fouls, Curry Thompson couldn’t hit much of anything in the first half, they were using Biedrens Lee and Jefferson for godsakes …wow! Pop can’t be happy letting this one get away.
The trey(7-27) and the foul line (14-25) did the Spurs in.
The Upton bro’s are just going out every game playing a 2 man home run derby thing. It’s actually pretty funny.
Edd– I read up above that you went to HS with the Dawg. That is fantastic.
Are you Facebook friends with him? I have several questions for him that I’d be happy to have you ask him or you can just answer based off your knowledge of him growing up.
Could be a cool thread. We can do it anon if you prefer.
Thoughts?
If the Moms in your life are sports fans, it was an added bonus for their day, probably better than those breakfasts in bed that they pretended to enjoy. Too many memories of Mother’s Days in my restaurant days have me waking up screaming… it’s easily the worst day of the resataurant year, stress wise. As I may have told you, at my restaurant in Napa, the *daughters* were 75… there was always the fear that 150 Moms would sit down and only 148 would get back up 😉
Great post.
I’ve got in-laws in town and we’re BBQing while the kids are at the pool down the street. It’s 80 degrees, the Giants won, the Warriors won, and several people are about to enjoy one of big flavor’s BBQ specialties. For at least tonight, and that’s all we all ever have…,life is good
I don’t barbecue nearly as much as I used to. I miss it- one of the greatest ever was for Merna’s 40th- I booked a Country Western band- it was Carol *Somebody* and the James Gang. It was on Pot Hill in the city. We had 3 decks and there was different stuff to eat and drink on each deck- tubs of raw oysters and wines, buckets of crawfish with Aquavit, BBQ ribs and brisket with beers… it was a great day and night…. You know it’s a good party when there are a dozen people on the floor in the morning…already crawling for the morning Aquavit..

WOW, what a great memory, almost brought a tear to my eyes. classic.
when I finish the time machine we will go back, together.
Magnus, thanks for posting my thread, such as it was. Incidentally, I’ll never forget the site of Carlton, on an NBC Game of the Week, a Saturday, in the Giants dugout, trying out the grip of Roger Craig’s specialty pitch of the era, the splitter. Learned it too late, evidently.
Been on the road to CT and back, about 600 miles in 36 hours. At 96, my mother is not likely to have many more Mother’s Days, on this planet. So, it was a grand time together. Lunch with her and my cousins. Eclisse Restaurant. Gnocchi. Veal. Yummy.
BULLETIN, GIANTS FAN STORY: So, this morning I sit down for a bagel and tea at the Early Bird Cafe, in Ridgefield, Conn., just before picking up my mom at my niece’s [her late father, my half-brother, is why I am a Giants fan]. “Your daughter looks just like you. Happy Mother’s Day,” I say half-flirtingly to the perhaps Latina to my left. “You should see my son,” she says. “And they grow up so quickly. “That I know,” I reply. Then I see to her left a man with a light gray baseball cap with a pale orange SF on it. Not your typical SF Giants cap. “Your husband’s not a San Francisco Giants fan, is he?” “He sure is.” “Hold on. I gotta talk to him.” I dash out to my car and grab a WORLD SERIOUS promo postcard. The husband is on the sidewalk with two kids, maybe three. I tell him my Giants fan story in thumbnail fashion, which you all know. The husband’s name is Tom. (My brother’s name was Tom; his wife called him Tom, I called him Richard. Long story.) I gave the SF cap guy a business card. My card in its latest version says: “author. blogger. nudnik.” Tom said he didn’t have a card. “Email me,” I said. I’ll likely never hear from him. I’m learning.
I found out the Giants won on Route 17 near Binghamton, after trying to connect with Dennis Z. and after enduring the Mets loss on the radio, WFAN. Nice home stand for our boys! And from what I am reading, Timmy’s best outing in a while! Yes, life is good.
Just saw the Gertrude Stein comments above. Blade, I was only in Paris once, in 1973, for about a day and a half. I had been reading a Gertrude Stein book. Sure enough, I found my way to her house, I believe it was 27 rue de Fleurus. Saw the house. Looked at it. Left.
I try to read background information about the places, people, and things (art) I have been seeing while on this RTW trip. I usually do this the night before (but occasionally, afterwards). Obviously, I have quite a bit of home work when I get back to Colorado. Regarding Stein, I was fascinated by her lesbian affair with Alice B. Toklas. Toklas was a confidant and administrative assistant to Stein, while also (later after Stein passed away) an author in her own right, i.e., she just didn’t invent the hash/marijuana brownies in that cook book. However, she died destitute due to Stein’s relatives stealing art work that Stein had willed to Toklas – usually breaking into Toklas’s home while she was on vacation and taking the art work. Stein was friends with Picasso and other great impressionist French artists (along with Hemingway and other famous authors) from the early 1900s, so she had quite a collection. Anywho, the courts didn’t recognize any type of gay relationships back in those days and Toklas died poor, despite her friend trying to will her a significant part of her estate (which the Stein relatives also took via a predjudicial court system). By the by, Toklas is buried in the same grave site as Stein (her name is on the other side of the tombstone of Stein’s).
I remember making one of the chicken dishes from the cookbook. It required an insane amount of butter, and should have been far more notorious than the brownies.
There was a very good show at SFMOMA a couple of years ago about the Steins as art collectors. I think the story of Toklas’ final years is a little more complicated.
If they are still open, a couple of places I’ve loved dining at:
Christophe
Les Papilles
Speaking of French Jews who got screwed over, visiting this place is well worth it:
http://francetravelplanner.com/go/paris/museums/camondo.html
Blade, the movie Midnight in Paris by Woody Allen has some scenes with Gertrude Stein portrayed by Kathy Bates, as she talks about Picasso and Hemingway in her Paris home that are pretty amusing. Check it out if you have the interest…
I will do that. She sounds quite interesting.
On Stein and Hemingway, one of the more entertaining pieces of criticism available:
http://tinyurl.com/blbgrtc
Pawlie, regarding Roger Craig, it seemed like a lot of his pitchers for the Giants ended up with sore arms. I think there was a theory by some that the splitter messed up some of those guys. Don’t know if that’s true, but I do know that if I greatly separate my index finger and middle finger, I feel the stress of that all the way up my arm to my elbow. But then again a lot of pitchers still throw it; it can be a very effective pitch. It can make a ball drop when it gets to the plate. Lincecum is one of the pitchers nowadays who has it as one of his pitches.
I don’t know much of anything about that guy in the bleachers called The Dawg, but I just wouldn’t have believed he would do something as stupid as interfere with a ball in play. It could have cost Scutaro his double.
—-
According to one of the game articles, Scutaro now has the longest hitting streak in MLB, at 12 games.
He says his back is feeling much better, and he’s gotten his batting stroke back.
—-
The Blue Jays hit 5 homeruns today, and they fit in nicely with the “Awe or None” thread. They’ve hit a lot of homeruns this season, but they are in the lower half of teams in the category of runs scored.
Obviously, I haven’t seen the Gmen play all year due to my RTW trip, so I try to avoid commenting on the Giants play. Still, I was wonderring about the comments regarding his poor defensive play – is it possible Zumiee that his back also affected his defensive play? Just wondering . . .
It’s probably not possible in MLB to hit a longer double than what Blanco hit today. He hit that ball to the base of the 421 sign on the fly, before it bounced into the stands. Had it stayed in play, that would have been cool to see if he could have gone for the inside-the-park homerun.
Although there’s no Giants game on Monday, there’s some cool games going on. Atlanta at Arizona, and the Nationals at the Dodgers.
I actually rooted for the YANKEES the other day. Shudder the thought, but they were playing the Rockies. (grin)
Another post on my blog – grave yards and cars. Go figure. 🙂
I just have a few points to make.
1. This was the most inexscusable coaching display ive ever seen in my life by pop. Im not even going to get into the whole, they have no center on the floor so lets not pound them instead lets shoot jump shots brilliance…You have a guy who is litterally playing on one leg, cant run the court without a noticable hich in his step, and this fucking piece of shit absolutley refuses to take advantage of it. WILL NOT IN ANY WAY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE FACT THE CURRY CAN NOT RUN. DEFEND..DID NOT CALL ONE PLAY,,,,NOT ONE FUCKING PLAY FOR GREEN TO ISOLATE CURRY. DID NOT CALL ONE PLAY FOR GREEN TO ISOLATE CURRY ON THE PERIMETER AND DRIVE AROUND HIM. DID NOT CALL ONE PLAY FOR ANYONE CURRY WAS GUARDING.
UN FUCKING REAL!!!!!!!!
YOU LET THIS GUY LIMP AROUND ,,,PLAY NO FUCKING DEFENSE WHATSOEVER. Anyone out there who wants to say
“well,,,,,green is more of a peremeter shooter, he is not a post up player” or ” Curry really wasnt that hurt, he hit all those threes”
guess what?? Your a fucking idiot just like Pop. Which brings us to the question number 1,,,,why did this fucking idiot refuse to call a play to take advantage of a one legged player? Because Pop,,,,,LOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG ago lost his killer instinct. Because Pop WILL not take advantage of a guy who clearly should not be playing, because in his eyes, that would be unfair. Anyone count how many times Mark jackson called an islolation on Parker?ANYONE??? ITS ABOUT 50% OF THIER OFFENSE!!!!.
NOT ONE FUCKING PLAY IN THE ENTIRE GAME. FUCK YOU POP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!RETIRE ALREADY
point 2: the fact tha the refs didnt review the play at the end of the game should give you NO Doubt this game was fixed.
point 3: can Hubey Brown shut the fuck up already along with every other analyst clearly cheering for GSW.
point 4: one of the most one sided blatently biased bullshit games ive ever seen called by the refs. there were things going
on in this game that i was absolutley discusted by that just were NOT CALLED, NOT GOING TO BE CALLED
point 5: FUCK YOU POP.

Yogi are you still running through the streets at night naked?
I think the Mother’s Day buffet at the condo didn’t go well for John. You have to remember to put your teeth in before you hit on the grannies, John..
That was something I saw on a Spurs blog. Blog commenters who rant like that are funny. There are 99 problems in San Antonio, and Gregg Popovich isn’t one of them.
FYI Nipper/TF, I’m evacuating the living from this burning building.
I believe that the living fled long ago, John. I think your brussels sprouts-tofu kabobs did the trick…
So John Tamargo has left the building? As soon as the flames have been extinguished we’ll bring in the cadaver dogs.
Knowing that San Antonio fans are freaking out over this series already makes this series quite satisfying for me, regardless of the outcome
BR reporting that Pill was called up. Nice job picking it up at the plate Belt. Time to ride the pine.
I think it’ll be good for Peguero to go down and play everyday. I imagine Pill will be the DH in Toronto and more of a RH bat off the bench as they go forward.
I would like to believe that but I doubt it. I think Pill will be played at 1b and hit a couple of bombs. Then Belt will be religated to late inning defensive replacement and be lucky to get an ass crack of daylight until Pill starts piling up the golden sombreros.
Hell of a Dubs game yesterday. Got a ticket on a fluke after going to Bottle Rock Fri/Sat. Barnes was great down the stretch. Jack had a couple ginormous hoops as time ran down.
Crazy fucking inbounding though. 4 TOs on inbounds plays? SA likely didn’t have 4 all year. They need to seriously fix that shit. It’s 5th grade stuff.
SA is old and slow. Duncan looked every bit his 37 years old. He got early hoops but totally faded with Bogut (and a little lee) leaning on his ass. Ginobli was hot and cold. Parker was misfiring as well. The improvement of the D is astounding to me.
Chuck is impressed! News at Eleven.
If Curry had my ankles, the Dubs could run way more, and run SA into the ground. They aren’t running enough. Exchanging sets with SA is a loser…
Snarkk has good ankles? Nice to know.
Good knees, too. No scars on those puppies…
No shit, The whole game I’m screaming PUSH IT!!! Curry was hurting bad early. He got moving a little better by the 3rd quarter, but with Curry slowed, they did a lot of collapsing on Thompson and he didn’t get very many good looks all game.
Pill has to be up for DH vs. Toronto. After that, I don’t know what he contributes. I’d like to see Peguero around again, Pill would be a joke in LF. The LF production per Baggs is 25th in the MLB…
If we were going the typical “roofer as LFer”, that number would be significant. We’re not, and it’s not..
the LF platoon is working out well.
From what Henry and Baggarly both report, the team feels they don’t need an 5th OFer with Pagan healthy again. I don’t think anybody anticipates Pill playing LF. I wouln’t be surprised at all if he’s here until the A’s series is over and then they reevaluate.
They’ve beaten SA playing any style.Bogut defensed Duncan so wellthat our perimeter defenders could get in the face of their outside shooters, hence the 7-27 3-point shooting.
Giants have some AL teams coming up,like Snarkk mentioned Pill will be the DH in those series IMO.
Well, the A’s series is still a ways off. Maybe Bochy is going to F with Belt’s mind again and play Pill at 1B against lefties, after Belt seems to be hitting better lately, with the dinger to left center yesterday…
Belt has hit .288(BA) /357(OBP)/.850 (OPS) in the last 4 weeks…and if he can manage 1 HR and 2 RBI in the next 2 1/2 games, what will he on pace for ?
1. The 4 minute mile
2. An upgraded wife
3. 20 HR 80 RBI
I’ll go #2 an upgraded wife.
Yeah, I think I will go with Kat’s answer. If I recall correctly, either him or snot rocket has a corn fed wife. Nite all 🙂
Blade, I saw on your blog you are flying Icelandair. I want a report on the “attendants”.
Last I flew on that airline around ’93, the “stews” were out of this world gorgeous. The entire lot of them. Any of them could have been finalists for Miss Universe. You should stopover a few days in Iceland — an unbelievable place, the landscape is literally out of this world…
I’m going with F with Belt. It’s Operation Dick Around time.
Actually, the the correct answer is number 3- of course.
Blade, regarding Scuatro’s back, and his problems on defense, I’d say the back had to have been a factor. So, hopefully his defense improves, now that his back is feeling better. And he did make one of his best plays of the season so far a couple of days ago, snagging a difficult bloop into centerfield. He’s been making just about all the routine plays, but he’s had trouble with the really hard-hit one-hoppers to his backhand side. A few times, if he’d been able to make the play, they were going to turn doubleplays, and it seems like he missed every one of them. So hopefully he starts snagging some of those hot-shot short-hoppers.
Zumiee is so demanding!
Nip, I’m trying to figure out when you actually sleep. And based on the time stamps of your posts, I’m failing. I’m kinda thinking like 9am to around 1pm but feel free to correct that….
I Emailed Craig and he’s OKed that I post a thread for tomorrow. I’ll put it up later- just a a look at how the guys have done as we approach. the 1/4 mark and my guesses on how we’ll fare from here. You’ll want to do the same, of course.
New Post
