His Name Is Will Smith
…and you shall refer to him as such with a more formal “Mr. Smith” followed by an offer to get him juice or a snack should he request it.
It took that dude a while to earn his name back but in times like these, so dire in the 9th with nobody reliable to turn to, I have suspended calling him That Fucking Lefty Reliever until further notice…
I’d also like to take a moment to honor the fabulous work they’re doing down on The Farm churning out mlb talent ready to contribute to SF Giant wins. Austin Slater played like a man last night. A brilliant Stanford mind like Slater’s might scoff at the stats I’m about to drop on you claiming small sample size, but MINAJ and UnderPants would have to combine their OPS (.489 +.591 = .1080) in order to surpass where Austin The Great stands today (.974, leading the team).
Baby Pudge keeps the ship afloat tonight against that neverwas, Shelby Miller.
Giants rolling! Blach may have found his niche. He’s a strike-throwing machine out there.
That strike three change to Goldy was nasty.
I don’t see any baseball reason for Samardzxxx to kick anybody out of this rotation…
There is no good reason.
Just 50 million stupid ones…
How about $40M a year for the 33 year old Chris Paul?
I’m telling you guys.Gearrin’s getting a crumb I saw him warming up in the pen again..7-0 not sure enough still ! For the Rain Delay!!
Arizona seems to have a pleasant old school organist.
A little something for their geezer fans, I suppose…
Like a trip to the roller rink.
“Just throw strikes.” When I was a Little League pitcher, that’s what my manager always told me. This game, we’ve witnessed some good strike-throwing. It’s so key.
Lot of first-pitch strikes from Rodriguez tonight.
How many betters before the shutout is lost. The o/u is 2.5.
I want that Giants flag!
Another series win, boys! Break out the brooms!
man DBax even make Gearrin look good.
funny interlude there as Kruk and Kuip stumbled around trying to decipher a simple tweet from Keith Olbermann.
Gearrin gets paid a helluva lot per pitch these days
I guess they didn’t need Slater tonight.
6 shutouts in the month of June to lead the majors, wow their obviously doing something right!!
And another series taken to start the road trip!!
Humm Baby!!
Nice win.
First Giants shutout in Phoenix since April 2014…
A boy and his rat…
18-10 finish for June.
First above-.500 month in exactly two seasons…
Yeah usually June is their swoon month, not this year..
There is no way they are demoting Smrdz off to the pen so he can pitch an inning at a time. The rehab starts were for the sole purpose of building up the pitch count so he can start, as long he recovers and feels OK afterward.
Until he pitches himself out of it he’s an SP and Giants will adjust rotation around him and Bum.
Yeah it’s the same old song and dance 💃🏻 coming up with Smardles soon .Know he won’t lose his gig, but neither should Rodriguez &Suarez if they continue to get big league hitters out..,
Jesús Bochy needs even a larger cap 🧢 maybe a 10 he’s got red marks all over his scalp…
This is the Giants flag that fan had.

Very cool.
It’s great but 2 stripes short…
Hanson went 3-15 playing all 4 games in home series vs. SD. Hit the 2 doubles in 9-8 L to Rox, since then 0-9 in AZ and 5 for his last 34 with 1 BB. Didn’t need him tonite. did like that bunt tho, good idea just hit it too hard.
OK, Cueto and Smardzxxx are coming up soon.
They’re going to take two spots from these 4:
Stratton, Suarez, Rodriguez, Holland.
I think Stratton goes back to Sac.
Gearrin gets DFA’d, and Rodgriguez goes to the Pen.
Suarez and Holland stay in the rotation…
That all sounds likely, but I’d prefer to keep Pudge Jr. in the rotation, let Holland pitch long relief, unless that’s too many lefties in the ‘pen….
I think it’s Southbound Suarez and PudgeJr that stick. Holly can be the long guy.
You beat me to it….
