One thing I really miss is that when Timmy was in his heyday, if he went up on a guy 0-2 or 1-2, he wouldn’t F around with nibbling, trying to make the guy chase. He’d go right after the guy, and with his stuff, pretty often he’d quickly K the guy or get him out some other way. Not this 8 minute AB crap. Looks to me like Dovall has the kind of stuff that can do that — he definitely looks like 2022 potential closer material, if he can establish consistent command of that electric stuff…
