My bad on the HR total I don’t follow that team much. But still 48 K’s in a 148 AB’s still stinks 1/3 of his bats he K’s plus .298 OBP and a .230 avg not impressed to me, he’s the dude the Giants had ( can’t think of his name?) that hit 3 bombs against the A’s and did nothing else afterwards, so I guess we’re wait for the season to end to see how it finishes up..

The original intent of the DH was to add offense and keep aging sluggers in the game for a few extra years.
These 13-14 man staffs have pretty much killed that along with 3rd string catchers, late inning defensive specialists, lefty and righty PH, pinch runners and probably some other stuff that I forgot.
Who can forget JT Snow not being pinch run for. I think we had Eric Davis at the time? And left him off the playoff roster?
DH does help Giants keep some injured or defensively challenged bats in the lineup.
