Baseball is Back and What Would it Take to Get Beltran?
I was surprised to see only 7 games scheduled for today. Luckily, we are one of them. I can’t wait, it feels like a month since the last game……
Tim Kawakami actually wrote a decent piece today in his blog. Because of the $ still owed to Beltran this year there aren’t that many teams willing to trade for him. And Kawakami is right, this deal shouldn’t take Wheeler or Belt. The *Neal/Culberson* range is more like it. Throw in Hinshaw just cause lefties are always valued and I’m tired of seeing him wear that stupid, over-sized hat.
But here is the deal: Sabean is a little out of his league when it comes to adding a high profile rental. I don’t think he has any idea what to offer or how to negotiate this. I’d say the last deal he did like this was probably picking Winn up, but Winn didn’t have the resume that Beltran has. You could argue that he hasn’t pulled off a big mid season trade since the ’97 deal for Alvarez, Darwin and Hernandez. But those were all pitchers—that’s his thing. Trading for a stud hitter mid season? He’s never done it before…….
And we absolutely need to do a deal for another hitter. I would agree that this division is probably won with no moves made but don’t kid yourself, this offense is significantly worse than last year’s playoff team. It’s not even close, actually. If we started a playoff game today we would be missing Posey, Freddy Sanchez, Juan Uribe and Edgar Renteria. And we would essentially be missing Burrell, Ross, Huff and Torres as well since those guys are shells of what they were last year. Replacing all those guys with Tejada and Whiteside and Fontenot and Jesus Christ I can’t even type another name! It’s hideous. This team would hit .150 against the Philly pitchers in the playoffs. With no home runs…….
Our playoff batting average wasn’t too hot last year. I don’t have the number, I think Twin cited .235 but I don’t remember if that was WS or total playoff average. But what our hitters did last year, really from Sept 1st onward, is come up with the big home runs and timely hits that this crew just doesn’t have in them. We don’t have a hitter on the team with a double digit home run total. That is a staggering stat and an embarrassing one at that……..
So go get Beltran. And while you are at it go get a catcher and a 2nd baseman. And a shortstop. Succeeding in the playoffs this year demands aggressive moves for the offense BEFORE the trade deadline………
Toward the end of the 2009 season, after one particular Sept. loss to the dodgers in fact, I became convinced Neukom would not accept failure. I wasn’t sure how he was going to dispel it (other than dumping Garko), but I was sure that was his aim. I generally expected some executive and coaching heads to roll. Yet only Carney’s rolled. So, of course, I was surprised by the contract extensions to Sabean and Bochy (and Freddie) that immediately followed the last game of 2009. That’s his plan? I thought. Wtf? He thinks they’re that close already?
Well, they’re a whole lot more than “close” now. I cannot imagine this ownership group being satisfied with one and out. This ain’t Florida. Here, you bring home a championship and the park sells out every single fucking game the next year. Maybe I’m wrong. Maybe Neukom and Sabean won’t make moves on the business side that will be, in their own way, as smart and effective as Bochy’s lineup and pitching changes on the field. But I think they will.

Well maybe not since Ellis Burks at the deadline in ’98, shortly after acquiring a washed up Joe Carter.
I agree that it probably wouldn’t take much for Beltran. I think the salary dump is the Mets main objective getting any young players would probably be lagniappe to them. Right now I’m OK with Tejada at second, I know he’s been a bit of a bust but I love the way the guy plays hard every day and I think he’s OK for 2nd. For a catcher I was thinking that Jose Molina from the Jays wouldn’t cost much and would be an upgrade.
I want to win in the playoffs this year but I’d be very hesitant to deal out any blue chippers.
Agree Clown . . . They just got rid of K-Rod because they didn’t want him vested for the big salary he can get for appearances this year. Yeah, they may act like they want prospects, but it will be a salary dump with Beltran too.
I would think Mets would be in position to ask a lot more for a full time player having a good season than for a closer with issues like K-Rod. Beltran also plays in a pitchers park for the Mets, and switch hits. Sabean might be hesitant to give up too much, esp if the indication is beltran is only a rental, but recall the grief he got over the Freddy Sanchez trade, which wound up being completely unwarranted
If, as suggested on previous thread, dodgers do make some noise, they could start right now by f-ing with the Dbax. SF owns by far best division record at 22-13 (AZ is .500 only); both us and the bax have a number of games with SD and bums, so how that scenario plays out should decide things. Quick lightning strike vs. the Pads might put everyone esle into rebuilding mode, esp if SF continues to play so well at home.
Honest, I don’t care about philly. Everyone last year said SF had no chance because of the offensive advantages of the other teams, who scored more runs, yadda yadda. Didn’t matter…good pitching won out..
Knowing that a player can’t be traded off the d.l., i am curious as to whether this applies if he’s on rehab. Way i see it is that Sanchez is being dangled as bear-bait. Object there is not Beltran. Upper management may have some guy/s in mind who haven’t crossed very many radar screens yet. Mid-late 20’s, probably an outfielder, decent pop, productive. Value for value. Beltran may well happen too, though he also could be somewhat of a stalking horse.
These questions should be resolved within 17 days, though a waiver-deal, probably for a catcher if it happens, could happen through August.
Funny thing about Netflix…they are trying to move into a much larger building, involving a big expansion of office complex in los gatos (where I work, on other end of town) that requires approval by planning commission etc. They provide currently a hell of a lot of revenue for the town, so they have some leverage, but the big fear is that if the project is approved (with the idea netflix expands and hires way more people) and then they bail, the city will be stuck with white elephant building.
Curioius timing for them to announce the new payment plan, which has stirred up a lot of wrath among its til now mostly faithful. See if the fan base votes with its wallet..lot of competition in streaming, and most cusotmers complain their selection sucks.
Adding beltran (or any other OF) also brings up one other issue, which is what do with all the spare parts we currently have? Do you think the Gamer would go for another demotion like what happened last year? Even if you dump burrell, which I’m not at all sure would happen, it would mean severely reduced ABs for whomever suddenly becomes 5th OF. Slumping guys all want to play, only so many ABs to go around.
Maybe if mets would agree to help out SF with salary, SF could make same deal and dump off one of our excess OF guys…hint hint. I also wonder if Torres (who hits well at home and had 3 hit game recently) would be odd man out, since either ross or the gamer could play CF, and the team would be looking at younger guys to step in next year.
For a team in first place, lot going on…at least here, anyway.
BF, I hope your last paragraph does not mean you would sell the farm to see another WS in SF. Looking at the standings, Phillies and Atlanta are the only two teams ahead of the Giants. Boston and the Yankees are the only two teams in the AL. Now IF you can get Beltran by taking on the rest of his Salary for this year only, and get him without giving up any stand out minor leaguers, then go for it. Repeating is hard to do, I would much rather wait a year for some minor leaguers that are ready next year than to sell the farm for a repeat and never go back or not go to the playoffs for another 10 years. I want the Giants to be completitive forever. I never want to see them go back to their old ways of signing ageing vets and a few rookies on the team. That way just sucked.
Burrell should be first to go.
I’ve no doubt the Sabean will be aggressive in trying to upgrade the offense, but could be hamstrung by teams demanding top prospects. Money is clearly less an impediment.
Olney speculated it will take about 5m and some B prospects. If that’s accurate, see no reason why the G’s wouldn’t be in the running. But if other teams get involved and names like Wheeler and Brown surface….uh, we’ll get back to you.
Same applies to the getting a catcher. Teams know the G’s are desperate, whereas they may have no urgency to sell. Forget Hinshaw. They are probably demanding a Culberson and Runzler for a guy hitting .230.
The Clemens trial was just declared a mistrial. The prosecution allowed the jury to hear inadmissible evidence.
Who was their lead attorney, Casey Anthony?
Wow, was that fix in or what? Roger being a pal of Bush and all, I wondered why the trial continued while under his Presidency? Maybe he granted a Clemens-cy act before leaving office. What a fuck-up by the prosecution team.
FBAR
oops how about FUBAR
He wasn’t even indicted until last yr.
Last night, on Chronicle Live, there was a “Blitz” face-off between Ray Ratto and Damon Bruce. Listening to those two go at it was a spectacle of the ridiculous. Bruce is a particularly hateful piece of work. He’s an obvious Right-Winger who’s completely tone-deaf on a lot of issues. For what he spewed out about the U.S. Women’s soccer team, he ought to be never allowed back on Comcast. And his ridiculous bashing of Sabean just never stops. Bruce may be the only person in the U.S. who thinks Sabean did a LOUSY job last season. Bruce’s thesis is that Sabean was unfairly rewarded for the lousy job he did last season. Bruce actually used that exact phrase: “unfairly rewarded.” A lot of pundits try to pretend they weren’t so negative about the Giants all season last season, but Bruce is double-downing on his negativity. I can’t imagine why anyone would listen to this guy on the radio. He makes his listeners more ignorant. He’s the FOX news of KNBR.
I thought that fuckwad left KNBR. He’s still there?
He’s on their “sister station” on FM. I can’t get that FM station, fortunately, so I can’t even accidentally hear him.
Yeah, I know, that’s what I get for watching Chronicle Live.
Bruce’s hateful spewing about all women’s sports last night really shouldn’t go unpunished by Comcast and/or KNBR. Racism would be punished with some kind of suspension, and sexism should be punished, too.
You’re right. There’s a fine line between being a sexist/racist and just a blithering asshole. Bruce has been teetering that line his entire career. I guess it’s good radio if you’re one of those typical jackoffs that call in to blither along with him.
Throw in Hinshaw just cause lefties are always valued and I’m tired of seeing him wear that stupid, over-sized hat.
————————————————————————————————————————
Funny.
Flav, I don’t really have any arguements about your thread topic on lack of hitting but there’s a couple things to be optimistic about. Obviously, the return of the Panda is a plus. Nate’s had a couple good weeks but I wouldn’t count on him sustaining the momentum but Tejada’s a vet and he looks to have been turning it around as of late. I think there’s still a *leeeeeetle* time to see if Huff, Ross and Torres can get their shit together. Unlike Nate, historically we know what they’re capable of. Sabean recently said if a deal is made it would probably be in the last 48 hours to deadline and I think that’s the right approach for now. Hell, Giants are in 1st place, 3 games up. They’re still in the driver’s seat.
And on a side note…today is Kelly Leak’s 50th birthday.
Holy shit I’m getting old.
Just looked at the story about Clemens’s trial. It was the judge who spotted the inadmissable evidence leaking in while the prosecutors’ play a passage of video from Roger’s famous testimony before the congressional committee. Clemens’s lawyer, Rusty Hardon, only noticed what was going on after the judge himself pointed it out. A decent lawyer never would’ve let Clemens raise his right hand in D.C. that day.
(Chuck, I wrote: “a decent lawyer.”)
Where does that leave you?
Yeah, seeing Clements up there acting like a lizard was funny at best, but a very stupid play in the end. However, he insisted til the cows came home that he wanted to take the stand. The TMZ pic is pretty funny. Lizard boy in action . . .
So, what happens now? Another trial? God, what a waste of fricking time.
I like Damon Bruce…
I don’t even like the way he talks. That cadence of his makes me want to slap him
SPE getting hot!
You can’t watch any women’s sports then, or you’re a complete hypocrite. No soccer World Cup finals for you this weekend, and no women’s events in the Olympics for you.
In fact, by Bruce’s logic, the worst thing on TV is the Little League World Series because the Little League athletes are inferior to what he believes is completely superior in all ways: adult male athletes.
That reply was meant for Snarkk.
Does anyone know anything about the Grizzlies 2nd baseman Ryan Lormand, I am going to the Grizzlies game tonight here in Sacramento. Hope to see some up and coming players. Don’t see Belt anywhere on the roster, where is he?? I thought he was off the DL
Have fun at the game. I like the River Cats ballpark a lot. And you’re getting some unusually cool weather tonight for this time of year.
Belt is on a re-hab assignment with the San Jose team. He hit a double last night, and walked twice in their 5-4 victory over Visalia. Brown had 3 hits (2 doubles), and Arianza had two hits.
I read somewhere (probably here) that he’s with San Jose for now because Fresno is on an All Star break and they want him to keep hitting
Thanks Zumie
Over on the Chron they have pics of BWilson in his body suit he wore to the ESPY’s.
The walking stick he had was a funny extra touch, too.
Belt was only in SJ because Fresno had the night off.
Ted and RT, thanks for the clarification on Belt.
I like Damon Bruce. Doesn’t mean I agree with everything he says. At least he’s not a kiss ass Giants homer, which is what KNBR is about, basically. I’ve met him personally. He’s a pretty nice dude. Everybody in the sports talk radio biz has to have some schtick to survive. He’s finding his. I also like Marty Lurie a lot. He’s an older gent, unfailingly polite on the air, and he’s got a lot of baseball history in the cranium. Pretty much polar opposite from Damon. Call me eclectic…
I also like Marty Lurie a lot. He’s an older gent, unfailingly polite
———————————————————————————-
That’s the truth. I like him, too. I’ve said this before here but MAN is he tolerant. The most asinine callers with the most asinine opinions and statements and he always says “That’s a good point. No, really. Good point….” then he’ll very tactfully say why what the caller just said was absolutely ridiculous and finish off with “…but good taliking point. No, really. Thanks for calling. Real good call. No, really.””
Lurie had a caller last week suggesting that we trade for some pitcher (can’t remember who — a Met, I think?). His premise wasn’t necessarily that the pitcher was particularly awesome — just that he had one year left on his contract at a “bargain” price. I could nearly see Lurie rolling his eyes through the radio, though he was polite about saying, “Yes, well ahh, Pitcher, eh? Where ya gonna put him? Interesting point, but perhaps we have decent pitching already, bargains or not…”
Yup, that’s classic Marty Lurie
I swear 90% of those callers are just enthralled with the sound of their own voice, quality of their utterances notwithstanding. The rest have disturbing mental processes whereby synapses connect sporadically, joining randomly for brief moments — like underwear in a dryer without Cling Free.
God darnit, mrbill, you use your keyboard prettier than a twenty dollar whore.
“Where’s my froggy?! Where’s my froggy?!” “Daddy loves froggy. Froggy love daddy?”
Olney know says Mets expect to land a *top* prospect for Beltran.
I have to admit that before US beat Brz, I wasn’t even aware the WWC was happening.
What little I’ve seen of Damon Bruce, I’ve had to mute.
He started hot and has hit better of late but Belt has hardlly furthered his “can’t miss” status. Bowker and Guzman fared better in Fresno…
Damon Bruce may very well be a swell guy in person, but on air he does nothing but induce the urge to beat the tar out of him…
“But here is the deal: Sabean is a little out of his league when it comes to adding a high profile rental. I don’t think he has any idea what to offer or how to negotiate this. ” maybe you can offer some guidance, Craig..
Damon ought to be kissing the Giants’ a##, Snarkk. They provided him with a championship team to celebrate during his time at KNBR. Instead, he chooses to spew, spew, spew. He talks about the Giants like they’re the Golden State Warriors. If he can’t see the difference, he’s not very bright.
Everybody else at KNBR kisses the Giants ptoot. He’s differentiating himself from the rest. He’s looking to move up in the biz. That’s what most sports talk radio is about. How many buttkissing sports talk radio guys are needed? The Giants already had him kicked over to 1050, itz got limited range. Simple solution. If you don’t like his schtick, don’t move the dial over there. Your radio doesn’t tune itself…
I saw him on Comcast “dueling” Ratto..Snarkk is suggesting that Bruce’s spiel is phony. From what I saw he’s a genuine asshole.
I’ve run out of expletives…
Torres CF, Fontenot 2B, Sandoval 3B, Schierholtz RF, Huff 1B, Ross LF, Crawford SS, Whiteside C, Bumgarner P
That’s the best lineup Bochy could have put out there, until he gets Beltran (or someone else) and a new catcher.
Nate at #4 makes sense for now, because he’s the closest thing they have to what Posey did. Clutch hits and a decent batting average. Pablo is perfect for #3. Huff is out of the 4-hole. What could Bochy have done better?
Nate and Pablo are both racing to overtake Huff’s lead in the rbi column.
Hard to imagine who you’d prefer, DD.
Tejada? Burriss? Pujols? Mantle?
In a few minutes, there’s baseball again. Cool.
180 . . . tick tick tick tick
Dennis: If you want to improve that lineup, post it vertically.
I didn’t see the Ratto/Bruce face off, but I have to admit I’m slightly impressed that the fat Ratt took him on. Maybe the best thing I’ve ever heard about Ratto.
what time is this Bruce guy on? I kinda want to hear him. Maybe he is the one that posts as Soph over on the splash. I can get 1050 AM sometimes. for those that live in the bay area and get 97.5 FM, Mark Krieder and some other guy, can’t think of his name, but they left KFBK 1140 here in Sacramento and went to SF. The show is called “The Rise Guys”. I don’t know if they start at 5 Am or 6 AM. I want to know what you guys think of them.
Found the article in the sac Bee
Only Mark Kreidler and Kevin “Whitey” Gleason will move with the show to SportsRadio 95.7FM, which broadcasts the A’s and Sharks. The program will air in the 6-10 a.m. slot starting Aug. 1.

Hey Dennis, I heard/read somewhere that Josh Johnson would like to rejoin his college coach, Harbaugh. He currently is back up at TB. In your humblest opinion, would that be better than A****S*****.
You’re just baiting him. You know that.
You guys are messing with Dennis’ blood pressure. We’ll all hear his head explode in about 10 minutes.
Well, he is so unhappy with Mr. Smith that I wanted to see what he would settle for.
Hey dennis, they lifted the lockout and A*** S**** just re-signed with the Niners. Your thoughts?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IxziaKSCMWw
“I wanted to see what he would settle for.”
Cody Pickett
” I wanted to see what he would settle for.”
Steve Spurrier — at his present age of 66 could still throw a better spiral than A*** S****.
and be his own qb coach besides…a little awkward to be screaming at yourself and throwing the visor on the sidelines, tho. Used to see those guys coming down mission btw 4th and 5th, having an argument with themselves.
The problem is not that he doesn’t throw spirals. It’s who he throws them to. Guys with names like “Outta Bounds”, “Into Theground”, “Over Hishead”, and “Opposing D Beez”…
The bruce rant reminds me of that guy Fire Sabean Now that used to post on the Splash…he thought sabean was lucky to get lincecum. Probably thinks the same thing about uribe, affeldt, ramirez, lopez, burrell, ross…et al. Except of course when they fuck up.
Think of how many times bochy caught shit for playing rent, and of course sabean for signing him…and how it all turned out.
I also like the way Room B acts as if pitching doesn’t really count. “yeah, well, if it weren’t for the pitching..”
I’ve never had a MLB year feel so much like the NBA or NHL. Get to the postseason already, this regular season shit is boring me.
Woot — Jon Miller’s voice on the radio pre-game. Baseball has arrived again! This has been the worst AS break for me. Seemed longer than the off-season.
Some new blood on the team will snap you out of it, Dennis.
BTW, the “sequel” to Wall Street is an absolute and complete piece of shit. Don’t even bother.
I thought that Dennis would appreciate a photo of when the era began:

Identify the one messed up use of “era” in the following phrases:
1. The Bonds era
2. The Bill Walsh era
3. The John Madden era
4. The whatzhisname-hack-from-Utah Niner qb era
Miller was on the pre-game talking about Torres having problems with his medication.
Did I miss this, or is this something new?…
The Blue Jays are beating the Yankees 16-7, in that Friday night softball league known as “American League baseball.”
And that’s the division where Room B has suggested that Zito could be traded. The mind boggles..
Maybin acts like Freddy “Boom-Boom” Washington out there.
He’s similar to the Rockies’ Dexter Fowler. Tall, thin centerfielders. Dexter hasn’t hit MLB pitching consistently though. That big strikezone can be tough.
Baseball Tonight about to profile Brian Wiilson.
Back to their old ways: Can’t hit for shit. Man, that Harang is an ugly cuss. Literally, i mean, judging from his pic on the Yahoo feed on the game. Red spadebeard he’s ‘sporting’ doesn’t help a bit. Maybe he’s imitating the Drama Queen in his own fashion.
Harang actually has pretty good stuff tonight. He’s throwing a nasty curveball for strikes, and a good fastball with late movement.
KNBR pre game today featured the 2005 Giants — the Giants of Michael Tucker, Adam Shabala, Deivi Cruz, Todd Linden, and Jason Ellison. A team so bad it hit .261 for the season and scored 4.0 rpg. Uh, well maybe it wasn’t that bad…
I like seeing all the Giants fans at the away games. 98% of them are complete posers but it’s still great to see them representing.
The Padres Yard sucks. It’s impossible to hit a home run there. That’s stupid and they need to fix it………
Itz actually a pretty decent park. The left field warehouse thing is cool. You can’t hardly hit an HR to deep center and right center at ATT, either. Nobody’s agitating to bring those walls in. So far in 2011, HRs per game is 0.86 at ATT, lowest in MLB, and 1.04 at Petco. No other park in MLB is below 1.0…
I saw we had almost 20% of our games left with the padres ( before last week) and I thought “cool they suck this year”. What a mistake. Have we ever score more than 2 runs against this team? I hate the pads now! Never did before cause they were not worth any energy.
Going to Sundays game. Probably lose 2-1 Augh
that’s optimistic SportsDude. You are actually predicting a run? B-O-L-D!
this game is another reason why my main thread post today stands as fact. And I am getting so fucking tired of our pitchers not holding runners on……..
Zumie, your reference to the Yankees game this evening being comparable to a beer softball league game might have been upstaged by the Cubs and Marlins game. Of course, you wouldn’t think so, especially when you glance at the score, 6-3 Marlins over the Cubs . . .
HOWEVER, IF YOU HAVE THAT COCKSUCKER CARLOS MARMOL ON YOUR FANTASY LEAGUE TEAM AND SAID COCKSUCKER GIVES UP 1 HIT, 4 BB, AND 5 EARNED RUNS, WHILE NOT GETTING ANYONE OUT, RESULTING IN A 6 POINT LOSS AND GOING FROM 4TH PLACE TO 7TH PLACE IN THE FLAP LEAGUE, THEN YEAH, YOU’RE A BIT PERTURBED.
Night all . . . Go Giants! 🙂
ha, you have him. I was wondering who Marmol sent to the gas mask tonight…..
As of tonight Whitey’s BA is nine points higher than Huff’s. Will wonders never cease?
NO Whitey is launching his own personal upgrade.
Burrell has to the prime candidate to go to make room for whatever bat Sabes picks up at the deadline….
When it comes to hitting in the clutch the Giants may no longer be able to stand pat.
Bruce Bochy won *All Time Smoke My Pole* leverage over San Diego the moment we cruised past his former team last year and ultimately won the World Series. But Bochy HAS to be doing a slow burn every time we score 0-1 runs against his former team. It seems to happen almost every game……..
PS
Beltran is a very good hitter. In years gone by Belt for Beltran is a no brainier. Twice up, Twice failed miserably. He still has value right? If he becomes a good hitter then it is a fair trade for a team in desperate need.
A second question is what are we going to do with Vogelsong? Remember the need we have, the position of weakness the team is in, and the thought other teams will have, that if they help Giants get a real hitter, they are helping us win another world series.. If they plan to keep Vogelsong then Sanchez should be again be on the block too. Maybe a package of the two for Pujols? Fielder or some other stud who’s name is escaping me..
Belt is hardly seen as a failure. He never even got to play his 2nd time up before he got hurt. I wouldn’t trade Belt for Beltran under any circumstances………
Lovin’ me all things Panda these days……..
Fucking ridiculous. You can’t hit a home run in this park………
Belt, who could be at 1b for a decade, for 2 1/2 months of Beltran? Fuhgeddabouddittt…
I’ve still never understood the Viagra commercial that warns me to seek medical attention for an erection lasting 4 hours. Seek medical attention? Yeah right, that’s what I would be doing…..
Could be? Maybe not. Instead of just ” no way” lets get some chatter from you guys on what you WOULD do if you were Sabean? Flav is tortured by this line up, then would you two stad pat? Yes you to snarrk.
No Hinshaw and another scrub for Beltran. NY would rather get the # 1 pick for him than that..You know we lose in 1st round against any NL team in playoffs with this lineup
where have I heard this before….you know you can’t judge SF by the way they play the Padres, lol. How about maybe STL, which when we played had best offense in the league?
NY won’t get a #1 pick,. Beltran has it built into his contract that he can’t be offered arbitration. Kawakami nailed it today, Neal and another B-level guy would do it, especially if we take on the rest of this year’s salary (which Baer said the Giants would do today on his KNBR show)
Assuming that is true, which would be great, NY will wait to see if they can get something better ( which would be an offer form almost any other team). If they wait say 3 more weeks it increases the chance someone else gets him. Can we play the chicken game considering we won’t trade any good prospects for anyone?
I have a feeling
YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
unfucking believable
Who sez you can’t hit a homer in this park!
I have a feeling many of you wouldn’t do Belt for pujols.
