I missed most of this game, one of our cats got hit in the eye by a snake and I had to take him to the ER. On the way down there he ripped straight through the cat carry case I had him in. That was an interesting ride and visit, let me tell you.
Carson is a big boy, I bet the snake took the worst of that tangle…
Anyway, you guys saw it. That was a game designed to embolden a team and a fan base. From that standpoint I couldn’t appreciate Slap(uig) any more!!!!!
POTG is a tie: Hanson, Suarez and Hundley who is going down as one of my favorite Giant catchers of all time.

Probably my favorite Twilight Zone episode is Earl Holliman in “Where is Everybody?”
The unfolding of the dilemma is so excellent that even though the twist ending doesn’t fully live up to the premise, it’s still a poignant and moving episode.
A guy doesn’t remember who he is or how he ended up on a road walking into a small town. It turns out the town has been deserted. All the people only recently left, but they’re all gone. The episode explores what such a basic strange dilemma could do to a person’s sanity.
The cinematography is very good, also. Lots of interesting camera angles.

I was always partial to the one with Agnes Moorehead as the old woman in the cabin fighting off the miniature alien invaders. Actually, there are so many classics it’s hard for me to make a call on my favorite.
I think anyone named Agnes was 70 years old at birth…

Night Gallery was another great show by Rod Serling! His gallery of paintings told the stories to come alive..Serling was always amazing in his intros, just put a sense of a chill up your spine/arm..
